Shipping Fees & Delivery
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order.
After selecting your items, please proceed to the checkout page. Once you choose your destination country, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days after payment.
We ship via Chunghwa Post (Registered Airmail), which requires a signature upon delivery.
Once your package is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its status.If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the package will be held at your local post office. If it is not picked up in time and returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.

Asia: 7~10 days

Returns & Refunds
Please submit your application within 7 days of receiving the package.
Missing items: Please provide a full unboxing video. Once confirmed, we’ll ship the missing item to you.
Defective items: Please provide a full unboxing video. Items that are functional and do not affect normal use will not be considered defective. If a defect is confirmed and not caused by human error, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Changed your mind: If you wish to return an item, please make sure it is unopened and in its original condition. Send it back to us at your own cost.Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping and transaction fees.
